Los Angeles Lakers

Los+Angeles+Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers haven’t had the best team since the 2009-2010 season when they won their 16th franchise championship. Back when they had the greatest player to play the game of basketball Kobe Bryant, and one of the greatest six-man (which means a good player coming off the bench of an NBA team) Lamar Odom.

With the newest signee, Lebron James, another top 5 players to play the game and the young core (which means a team of young players) like Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, Josh Hart, Lonzo Ball, The Lakers  were expected to be a great team and have their best season since 2010, but as of right now the Lakers are 5-6 and not looking too good at rebounding, playing defense, and they have trouble finishing off games with a good lead.

As of now, it is not looking great for Lakers fans hoping for another championship, but it is still pretty early in the season. The Lakers will be playing a total of 82 games this season, and with a young team it could be pretty hard for such a seasoned player like Lebron James to get used to playing with such young teammates, because before this season he has gone to the championship for the last seven years,  and 8 times total since being drafted in 2004 by the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Still, very early in the season, the Los Angeles Lakers have plenty of time to get it together and have the best season since 2010, with Lebron on the team we have a great chance on being in the 8th seed in the western conference, and him making his 8th straight finals appearance.
