49ers Championship Bound

The San Francisco 49ers have started the 2019- 2020 with an outstanding record of 8 wins and 1 loss. Last year, the 49ers had only won 4 games and lost 12. The team had suffered severely last season due to the starting quarterback, Jimmy Garapollo, being injured nearly the entire season. After missing the playoffs for 5 consecutive years, the 49ers had enough and were going to make some changes. With Jimmy Garapollo returning from an injury ending season last year, the 49ers were looking to improve in many areas since last season.

Since this season has started, Garapollo has lead his team by passing for 2054 yards and scoring 14 touchdowns in only 9 games. They have also picked defensive-end Nick Bosa, with the second pick in the first round of the 2019 NFL draft. Nick Bosa had recorded 20 solo tackles, 7 sacks, and 1 interception in the first 9 games of the season. The 49ers had lost to the Seattle Seahawks with a score of 27-24 in overtime in the ninth week.The 49ers should be on the outlook for the other top teams in the NFC conference such as: the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, and New Orleans Saints. If the 49ers continue to play this way, they can easily be contenders for winning the Super Bowl this year.
