Songs have the ability to bring us back to a certain time, study the present, and make our inquiry about the future. Every lyric carries a meaning within itself that will impact us both positively and negatively. Songs can make you cry, laugh and etc. However, did you know that playing musical instruments can have positive effects on our physical health as well? Children of all ages are eligible to begin playing a musical instrument, that can help them with their school work, mental health, and physical health.

This stimulates hits of dopamine which can make us feel good. Many doctors use music as a way to lower a patient’s stress level before and after surgery. Music can lower pain in the body as well. By listening to music, the brain gets distracted and focuses on something else, therefore the pain lessens.

Music can have many impacts on a person’s life. So, listening to music can be beneficial, as well as play music, and even make music. It’s never too late to start playing a new musical instrument.
